Book of Real Estate

Preface

There is no dearth of information on the internet. Theories abound, people pontificate, the deluge is unending. But when I look at a site, and see the zillion things it throws up at me, I forget what it was I started out to look for. Not a very happy situation, is it… getting derailed? Maybe you are the kind of person that thrives on finding a needle in the haystack, that nugget of information buried under the layers. Or maybe you like to keep it simple… sifted, to the point. Having a couple of degrees in Library & Information Science is perhaps what prompted me to present this, ‘My Book of Real Estate’.

In this ‘Book’, I have attempted to classify the information in an appealing and simple fashion. The way I would like to have someone explain it to me, if I was going out to buy, sell or lease a home. And as and when I am faced with the myriad situations that need to be addressed daily in this business called ‘Real Estate’… I will be sure to share it with you here.

If there is something I’ve missed and you would like explained, ask. It’s a steep learning curve, working together will make it easier for us all!
