My husband Jake and I met Ritika Malkani in the first few weeks of arriving in Canada as a new immigrant. We did not have too many friends, acquaintances or family at that point in Canada, so meeting her through some common friends – in our search to find a home in this new country we called ours was really a blessing.
What I liked most about working with Ritika was that she tries to understand the family, our needs, age of the kids, lifestyle and what kind of people we are before setting out to find a home just based on budget and location.

For my first time Home buyer’s experience, I have to say that dealing with Ritika was MY pleasure. Ritika is an extraordinary woman.
